We build custom automation and RPA solutions for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, through the contact form on this site:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The area you're interested in and your message

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. See our Cookie Policy for the one exception (reCAPTCHA).

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project;
  • Keep a record of our conversation if we go on to work together.

We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process the data you submit through the contact form based on your consent (given by submitting the form) and, where we go on to discuss or deliver a project together, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and our contractual relationship with you.

5. Third-party services

Submitting the contact form involves two outside services:

  • Google reCAPTCHA, to protect the form from automated spam. Google may process technical data (like your IP address and browser information) under its own privacy policy.
  • Our email/SMTP provider, used only to deliver your message to our inbox.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and for the duration of any resulting business relationship. If nothing comes of an inquiry, we delete it within a reasonable period, typically within 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct or update it;
  • Ask us to delete it;
  • Restrict or object to how we use it;
  • Receive a copy of it in a portable format;
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you share with us. No online system is 100% secure, but we don't store more data than we need, or keep it longer than necessary.
